Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the SpeedInn platform (the “Service”) provided to accommodation operators (“you”, “Customer”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SpeedInn helps hospitality businesses capture guest identity documents, extract fields with automated assistance, review those fields, and store guest records for operational use. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described at signup and in your billing settings.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your workspace. The Service is intended for business use by operators in supported European markets.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or in breach of applicable identity-data rules;
• upload documents you are not authorised to process;
• attempt to bypass security, quotas, or access controls;
• reverse engineer or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.

4. Human review

Automated extraction may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review extracted fields before relying on them. SpeedInn does not verify document authenticity and does not provide legal advice.

5. Customer data

You retain rights in guest and workspace data you submit. You grant SpeedInn a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection law.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the selected catalogue and usage rules shown in the product. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension after any applicable grace period.

Subscription fees, activated registration packs, and unused allowances are non-refundable. Deleting a workspace or ending a subscription does not create a refund or credit. This does not affect rights that cannot be waived under mandatory law or corrections required for a verified billing error.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may modify features or these Terms with notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. SpeedInn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made from unverified extracted data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request workspace deletion through product controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, or legal risk.
